The reliable use and long service life of our measuring technology is of great importance to SITA. This is precisely why we offer a repair service for our devices, with the aim of ensuring that they are back in working order quickly and efficiently in the event of failure or defects.
To support a long service life of our measuring devices, we also repair devices that have been in use for many years and models that have already been discontinued, subject to the availability of spare parts and technical feasibility.
We are happy to offer you a replacement rental device on request. Simply indicate this request in the service request form.
Step 2: Send in device
After ordering or consulting our service, send us your device including a contamination declaration.
Before shipping your device, please note the following checklists and make sure that your shipment is complete!

- Reference to or backup of existing device concentration curves
- Used capillaries
- Device case or original transport box for safe transport
- Printout of the completed device submission form incl. declaration of contamination
- Safety data sheets for the use of dangerous substances

2 Remove the glass vessel of the SITA Foam tester R-2000 from the device and pack it separately
