Service or offer number

A SITA service / RMA number is mandatory for sending in a device. To obtain this, first submit a service request.

Please note the following checklist for tensiometers and check your shipment for completeness:

  • Reference to or backup of existing device concentration curves
  • Used capillaries
  • Device case or original transport box for safe transport
  • Printout of the completed device submission form incl. declaration of contamination
  • Safety data sheets for the use of dangerous substances

Please note the following checklist for contact angle measuring devices and check your shipment for completeness:

  • Device including sensor (Device must be set to shipping mode for transport)

2 Remove the glass vessel of the SITA foam tester R-2000 from the device and pack it separately
