A strong success for SITA Messtechnik: At this year's 34th Industrial Parts Cleaning Conference (Fachtagung Industrielle Teilereinigung), the company was honored with the renowned FiT2clean Award. Presented annually by the Industrial Parts Cleaning Association (Fachverband industrielle Teilereinigung e.V.), the award, endowed with €10,000, recognises outstanding, forward-looking solutions to current industry challenges.
Alongside SLCR Lasertechnik and Elma Schmidbauer, SITA reached the finals and convinced the expert jury on the second day of the event with a genuine innovation: the new SITA FluoSpection Qube inspection system.
Fluorescence imaging for cleanliness inspection – area-wide, objective, documented
With the SITA FluoSpection Qube, the Dresden-based company presented a system for comprehensive and spatially resolved Cleanliness control. Components are inspected for Filmic contamination using UV-induced Fluorescence imaging. Contamination and its distribution are quantified, made visible and intuitively understandable. This new development digitises standardised blacklight visual inspection using calibrated fluorescence measurement technology while maintaining high standards for handling, usability and flexibility.

Representing the entire team, Managing Director Juliane Schulze, Team Leader Application André Lohse and Application Specialist Wolfgang Schmitt accepted the award and celebrated securing a strong second place in a top-tier field of participants.
