SITA Messtechnik is pleased to announce its participation in the Battery Show Europe, taking place from 3 to 5 June 2025 in Stuttgart. As Europe’s largest trade fair and conference for advanced battery manufacturing and technology, the event brings together international participants interested in the future of electromobility and innovative battery technologies.
For the first time, SITA Messtechnik will be represented at Stand B21 in Hall 7, showcasing proven hand-held measuring devices for quality assurance in parts cleaning by checking the Cleanliness of surfaces and components and by monitoring aqueous cleaning baths.
The focus will be on the new generation of the mobile measuring device SITA CleanoSpector, which is equipped with numerous new features to optimise cleanliness control of surfaces and components. Highlights of the SITA CleanoSpector include:
- An additional trigger button on the sensor for improved handling
- Automatic measuring modes and a scanning function for efficient data collection
- Up to 250 sampling points per measurement for precise results
- Enhanced statistics for comprehensive evaluation of measurement data
- Robust, replaceable cables for longer durability
- Reading part Ids with a code reader
- Protective covers for base unit and sensor
Additionally, the new version of the SITA SurfaceLog PC software will be introduced, allowing for easier operation of the SITA CleanoSpector and more efficient evaluation of measurement results.
